It seems I am only partially signed in. I can view my messages etc but when I click on My Ebid it takes me back to the sign in screen. Any suggestions?

Hi, try logging out, clearing cache & cookies and then logging in. This problem has been encountered before - it did it to me a while ago. In the end I emailed support and they sorted it out.

I know it is not much comfort, but many of us have had this as an intermittent problem. Ebid support will get you sorted out.
