    Red face USER WITH LINE THROUGH NAME, need help !!!

    as above, i have a user asking about some of my auctions, but there is a line through there name, please can anyone advise me on what it is thnx in advance......

    Probably a new user and has yet to have their account verified.

    It means they are suspended/have left or there is a problem with the signing on.
    They need to contact support if problem with sign up.

    Depends what their feedback is like, do they have negs? If not, it could mean support are just checking them out.

    so what should i do if they start bidding ??? do i cancel there bids ??

    have you looked at their feedback..... they could have had 5 positives and then 5 negs... = 0 feedback... (just in case you havn't checked it)

    They should not be able to make bids whilst the account is under review. Normally they have already made a bid, then get put under review.
