Thread: All stores 'gone'?

  1. #1

    Question All stores 'gone'?

I couldn't find a thread relating to this (in my blind panic..)

Clicking the tab 'Stores' gives the Categories & #of stores in their sub-categories.. but clicking on a sub-cat brings.......
    no stores.
I'm logged in, have full access to My eBid etc, so I don't think it's my cookies crumblin'

    Anyone else?

    Yeah. Doesn't work.

You do realise that being the first to comment on it that you will get the blame for breaking it.

Stop panicking - no edits needed - just get your stores back on-line and your listings go back in the right stores

I'm the only new age store owner on ebid now - so get over here and do some shopping

Thanks for the assistance. Wasn't sure why this happened but was glad to know there's an easy fix. Appreciate it.

Only having one store with 8 items in it I didn't feel the need to personally panic. I do appreciate that others might have felt justified in doing so. Still...as you are by now aware - the fix is simple.

    Yes and already done.

Still at least with this thread G&M will be aware when they wake up that something has gone wrong, i wonder if it will happen again at 1pm if this is a recurring bug.
