Thread: Invoice Problem

    Exclamation Invoice Problem

    Help would be appreciated on this one. I have sold a pair of owl earrings and when I go to the AAL to create and invoice or try to message my customer the is nothing there only the after auction log, so I can't do anything.
    I have emailed support. There is a major problem on this, new customer to e-bid too

    Auction 1221726659-24380-0?

    As this was a gallery auction then if you are unable to send an invoice I think admin will be the only ones that can help you. Not had a sale today so don't know if this is a large glitch or just a small one (although big to you)

    Not only a big problems to me as it is a newbie, so could have a knock on effect for other sellers if there is a problem, that is my concern.
    They will firstly think I am carp and then think ebid is too.

    Hi Gazza,

    With communication to my customer I have resolved the payment aspect by sending a manual payment request via poopal to my customer and he has paid.
    But I still am not able to use anything with the AAL button. So can not send messages, or mark as payment received.

    I cant use my AAL button either but i think its because i`m a basic seller and have not subscribed,i can still use the other buttons and have sold 4 items ok so far through paypal invoicing,me;
