hello is there a glitchy thing i have been trying to send a invoice (yes i have sold something) and it won't let me, just tried to ask a question of the buyer and it won't let me

Hi, Salty. You're obviously not a new seller (I checked your feedback) so I'm not aware of why you would be having difficulties sending invoices or other forms of contact. Let us know if the problem persists within the next 24 hours.

hello thank you for replying i have just tried again signed out and re-signed in nothing.
now the last two items i sold, they paid for right away without me sending a invoice, so its still showing red in their AAL boxes, and it will let me send a invoice on theirs? but not on this one,
