Pictures not uploading!

I upload new pictures almost daily and this is a new problem.
I attempted to upload a picture and I get this message

Upload Photo > Error
The file was either too large, or the wrong format. Please upload only GIFs, JPEGs, TIFs or PNGs smaller than 4Mb in size.

The picture is a jpg and it is 100k in size. So thinking the jpg might be corrupt I tried two others and got the same error message.

I had problems also, picture stopped uploading then the IE error page, its been a few weeks since this problem, the item I listed just before the problem is showing listing ended 75 days ago. Things usualy get fixed quite quick, anyhow the Butterfly Effect is on telly again so its that or Fortress 2.

Ahh I see its only a new problem for me. There have been times the picture are extremely slow to show up in the gallery even though I get the message that the picture had been uploaded. After a few page refreshes it shows up. But the error message is a new one for me.

If you uploaded the picture and it is not showing after a few refreshes...click on another picture to add to listing, preview listing then edit listing, most times when I go to picture gallery the missing picture has appeared.

I had a problem earlier this evening too. Took me about 4 attempts to get one of my photos loaded. Ended up having to come out and start the advert again and then it finally appeared. Seems there must be a glitch this evening.

Just give it another try but uploading picture ends with "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", no point in doing a screen shot its a generic page that is familiar to many.

I waited a few hours and pictures are uploading fine now. Another momentary glitch it seems.
