Item sold - p+p not included !!!!!

I am new to ebid but not new to selling,Why is it when I sell an item I only receive payment for item and P+P is not added,Think some buyers are trying it on !!!!!! - I Had lately to wait 17 days for P+P to be added and costs more through Paypal as goes through as 2 transactions ????? Dougy.

Does ebid actually add the postage costs to the invoice?

Every sale I've had so far has had the postage costs missing from the payment. Are the buyers allowed to amend the total themselves and if so how do I stop them from doing this?
