    oh

so how do you differentiate a cost to southern ireland against a cost to zimbabwe for example? Surely they must incur dramatically different postal quotes?

I set three price ranges by what I refer to as zones. These are UK, Europe, and Rest of World. In your example those would have different prices since they are in different zones. I know what all my books weigh, I add a standard allowance for packaging, and set the prices accordingly.

In a perfect world I would have all postages quoted on all listings but I've somewhere close to 1000 listings running at the moment - and I'm dreading the postage changes.... may stop listing soon and let the number run down a bit...

It seems that my first thought was right and the buyer has run for the hills.

Note to self - it's only an auction site - don't get involved - it's a tool to be used and does not deserve my loyalty.

From what Gazza posted last week the bulk edit SHOULD be in place before we have to deal with the latest round of postal changes.
