Does anybody else miss the free shipping icon?

I moved over here from the dark side about a week ago.
So far I love almost everything about the site (except the almost complete lack of buyers!)
There is one thing though that I really miss about eBay , I run 3 stores, one of which "ThePoundShop" offers free shipping on everything.
Its quite important that people notice this to show just how low the prices are but without the free shipping icon their unlikely to notice at a glance. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who thinks there should be one so.....*please eBid*

Sorry, what free shipping icon? Is this a new thing? I've just gone over to check and they list seven icons on their help pages, none of which are for free shipping.

As a buyer, having shipping included in the price actually puts me off and certainly discourages me from looking at the seller's other listings. There is no such thing as 'free shipping' so I prefer to buy from sellers who have reasonable postage and packaging fees and offer a realistic discount for multiple items.

I think most buyers realise that there is no such thing as free shipping as its inbuilt into the price, but feebay love sellers to use it as it generates more fees for them.

Yeah - although I am currently offering free shipping with multiple purchase discounts - as a comparison test between that and low price + shipping.. My sales on Free Shipping Vs. Price + Shipping listings have actually been about 60-40 in favor of free shipping .. but then again, I need to run them in parallel over several months to really get a feel for it..

However- what he refers to the free shipping icon - SleazeBay has a graphical "Free Shipping" (yellow/gold color) in their auction listings pages where items offer the free shipping- Ebid does the same except they have a "calculate" link when shipping is charged, or they show "0.00" or "S&H: Incl." - so I really see no need for a free shipping icon - although it *would* make the items stand out more than the rest - Perhaps Da Boyz might consider monetizing it - offer the extra "stand out" icons at a small additional fee (such as the featured listing fee) - I wouldnt pay for it myself LOL but some people might
