Thanks Gazza!!! While on the subject of things to do to improve the site . . .

I am finding tht when I don't get feedback left, it is always from buyers with only 1 or 2 transactions to their name, and I hunt about and find that they left a 'comment' to my feedback, thinking that they were leaving feedback. Where the place is for comments as opposed to feedback, can this be made clear? I did the same thing with my first purchases. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anne

I have seven feedbacks missing - all from newbies. Some of them have sent me very friendly,chatty emails once they have my full details after the sale but no feedback on the site!! Is it so very difficult to work out how to use the feedback system? Now I know how to do it - I can't remember how difficult I found it at first!

I'm sure a lot of feedback was lost when you had to press the right button for buyer or seller feedback. So that should have stopped.

Hi all!

This may have been covered somewhere else but I can't find anything so here goes . . .

When I have sold multiple items the function to add them all onto one invoice works beautifully.

The problem / tedium starts when I have to individually mark each one as Shipped. Is there any way to collect a whole bunch of items, and the mark them all as Shipped.

I have just posted off 11 itmes to one buyer, all invoiced together, and it has taken ages to mark each one as 'shipped'. Have I missed something [again!]?

Surely we'd all love to have regular multiple orders, nobody's denying that... but it's not unreasonable to want the processing of those orders to be as simple, speedy and painless as possible, is it? If somebody suddenly bought 40 somethingorothers from me this evening, I'd be very happy - but I'd be even happier if the "paperwork" could be fired off from a minimum of button presses. I see no reason not to at least *ask* that one's bread have jam.
