I don't know what would make you think 'the admin' has had anything to do with this transaction
The 'buyer' never paid yet has left the seller a negative feedback

The only reason the buyer didn't pay is because the seller did not reply to requests for an invoice. Without an invoice, the buyer had no way to pay and left (IMO justified) negative feedback to warn other potential bidders.
The seller responded with a retaliatory neg and, although having no part in the actual transaction, Admin looked at the AAL, agreed that the retaliatory neg was unwarranted and changed it to positive.
CMEJewellery For all your jewellery needs.
Beads 'n' Bobs For beads.
Charms 'n' Findings For charms and jewellery making supplies.
It was a neg when I looked. It should still be. The 'no questions asked' on the listing page indicate that the 'buyer' did not try to hard.
Not on my planet
I can see the questions on other listings
I have seen no way to have a private conversation in listings
I find myself in a situation where I won two DVDs from the same seller, and I asked for an invoice so that I could make one consolidated payment. The seller did not respond after several days. However, I had sufficient information from the listings to pay for each item separately by PayPoo. Now, I just hope to get the DVDs and that the seller has not abandoned his/her own listings because of slow sales on this site. I would not leave a negative for a seller if I could get my payments back due to seller unresponsiveness. Retaliatory feedback is a heinous practice, and I am glad there are procedures in place for dealing with them on eBid. If FeeBay had a similar procedure in place, they would not have had to cap their sellers' ability to leave negative feedback.
In conclusion, ebid offers better service for less fees! Hooray!

The biggest truths are always left unsaid.
The biggest lies are repeated endlessly.
They clearly acted wrong here
There is no way a non-payer should be able to leave feedback
