Last night I along with some others sent a complaint to eBid. I got up this morning and the problem was taken care of. You are all at the top of my list for getting things done in a hurry. This just adds to the many reasons I Love eBid. Way top go guys.

Last night I contacted the help desk about a buyer leaving me neg feedback after I had done everything I could to contact her to no avail, a couple of hours later it was sorted. How quick is that
