Issue with Q&A ?

When I receive a question it appears in Q&A but when I reply it, along with my reply content disappears, and I can't find anywhere in eBid where the information is stored.
Obviously I have a copy of the question in my email client inbox but not my reply content. An answer to this would be to keep a copy on file of my reply but this sounds very inefficient.
Have I missed something or is this how it works.

i had the same problem [if in fact it was a problem] i now answer questions via the prompt on the auction page

When you answer the Q both Q and A appear at the bottom of the auction listing.

Just visited the auction page in question and I see where it all comes together now.

Wish every Q & A appeared on summary page and stayed there for a while. It is hard to find Q & A info after item closes especially if buyer has multiple items (which one did they ask that Q under?).
