Thumbs up Save a bit on postage

If you use the Royal Mail on line post today and tomorrow it still has the old prices, the increase starts monday.

I just ordered a stock of large letter 1st and 2nd class stamps from the Royal mail website - paid at the old price- but will use them at the new value as they don't show a monitary amount on them

I'm not happy. Daughter took 6 parcels into the PO today and they had the cheek to charge her the difference between what I had paid online yesterday and today's prices.

I've emailed the online postage lot and requested the difference back as it clearly states in the emails I received that I had until the end of today to post them.

I never thought of that bit, as yes I agree they do say you have until the end of the next working day to post the item, so if you posted it in the post box noone would know, so therefor you imo should not have been charged extra.

I think some post office staff have forgotten who the customer is.
