Retalitary negative feedback?

I need to leave someone a negative feedback. They have messed me around, saying they will send goods on certain day then when i query 5 days later say they only posted them that morning. A week later still no goods and now no contact either. What i am worried about is if i leave a negative (which i feel they deserve) they might then leave me a negative to get back at me. If they do is there a way of removing unjust neg feedback??

If undeserved neg feedback is received, you contact support@ebid.net and explain to them why you feel you don't deserve it and if they find in your favor, they'll remove it and change it to a positive and maybe they'll give the seller a strike through.

Thank you. I don't like giving negative but the whole point of feedback is to warn others of your experiences good or bad. This person has got no feedback so i will feel a bit awful if they get suspended or something.

send any emails ect you have to suport to back up your claim

but surely it is upto the seller to leave feedback first, they are paid before the buyer recieves the goods, I would not leave feedback for a seller first unless I was 100% happy with the purchase and service.

still think yummy should wait to leave feedback, maybe chase feedback from the seller as a way of knowing if he, she, it is still out there.Then hit them for all possible!!!

I havent yet come across this strike through thing, but learning all the time, how do you stnd on here if you dont leave any feedback, myself and several other sellers on the dark side reckon probably 1 in 3 dont bother.
