Unhappy Fees taken from bank twice

I know this probably isn't the best forum for this but couldn't find one it seemed to fit, and most will see it here anyway.

Was just checking my online banking and noticed that my eBid fees where taken twice this month, on the 5th the statement says
    05 May 09 CARD PAYMENT TO NETBANX-E-BID ON 2009-05-02 0.24
    and again today
    09 May 09 CARD PAYMENT TO NETBANX-E-BID ON 2009-05-06 0.24
Only pennies I know but still...
Have contacted support to see what they say and await the reply. If you have internet banking you may want to check your account to see if it's a general thing or just me being unlucky!

I do not use bank for my payments to ebid....but I am sure they will soon sort it out for you....could it be a holiday thingy or was a payment missed....as for being only pennies.....Andrew Carnegie made millions by saving pennies...papa.

Definitely not a payment missed but could certainly be a holiday thing, never even thought of that.
I have every faith that it will be sorted, just thought I would let others know in case they were also affected.

Of course it isn't unknown for Banks to make a mistake and run the payment process twice, it's happened before.

Thought about that Ken, will be contacting them tomorrow, first thing. Actually maybe the bank that's at fault as only one payment is showing on my eBid statement.
