its the same thing as a gas pump.sets a $1 hold to verify the card is good.then follows up with the full amount after you hang up.the $1 hold drops of.same with ebid.its not a charge but a temp hold that is allowed to expire. s.o.p.
Keith, You don't have any BINs on your items. I believe you need that for google to pick your items up. Also some of your items are run until sold. Not a good option as your items will never rotate to the top of a search when a buyer is searching for a particular item. Change them to 7-10 duration with 10 auto repost.
