Hope this post isn't a repeat.....
So, it's happened again.
Someone bought, then changed their mind and wants to cancel the order.
If they contact me and let me know, I don't mind. No problem.
But invoice, 2 reminders, and non-paying bidder is a bit long.
(I usually contact support to get it done quicker.)
Does anyone else think "cancel - buyer changed mind" would be
a good option in the AAL? Then the item reposts and no FVF taken.
Just wondering..........
