    Good for you!
I have had more than my share of NPBs as of late, but Gazza & Mark take care of it quickly when I ask for a FVF refund. I just move on.
There are many more great buyers out there that out number the bad ones. Its just part of business.

If you want all your items uploaded to google shopping they must have a Buy Now price.

Too many of your listing lengths are too long, most people will only wait 7 - 10 days for an auction, definitely not 30 to 90 days.

Duration for a Buy Now Only item can be longer, any item listed for a normal countdown listing will gradually work its way up the results page as the time goes down.
As a new seller, you'd probably be better off running them for 10 - 14 days maximum for now, to give your items more exposure.

Run Til sold & On First Bid Items come last on eBid search,
they also never show in the closing auctions sections of the site.

    Plus what ByKimbo linked to
    Gothicina.

    Hi and welcome to ebid.

I took a peek and things look fine. Just missing a picture on about me page. Descriptions are a bit sketchy, you might want to expand them. Convince us to buy tape. When I buy a CD I turn it over and check out what songs are on it. Might help to list a few songs. Don't say if they are new, used, etc. Might help too to give that and/or condition.

Try sweetening the pot a bit. Instead of saying you give multiple discount, be specific. "free shipping second item" "20% off third item". Most buyers want specific price or policy in listing or they will not take the chance and buy from you. Don't want to commit to what might be an expensive buy.

    Good luck on ebid.

Had one maybe a month or so ago. All of the new people have been buying one thing and paying immediately so no problems lately.

How much time are you allowing them to pay? They do pay slower here, and ebid does not have a rigid timeline for payment either. No 4 day limit here. With the Easter holiday weekend (kids out of school), they might not have been on their computers much over last week or so.

I have had some buy and pay for one, then decide to take three or more too. Par for the course sometimes. Just invoice new items. Since I give discounts for 2nd, 3rd items, I still extend discounts to them even with separate invoices. Usually when they have paid for one, it is highly likely they will pay for the others.

See if you can salvage the ones that have gone wrong. If not, follow ebid procedure to neg them, etc. Your fees will be returned.

One has been resolved now, and I am just going to sit tight awhile and wait to see how the other pans out. Thanks everyone
