I'm curious. Is there a way to see what items a buyer has bid on or won?

Thats the difference, it not been edited, it's been added to.

    Hope that makes sense

Sarah - I'm really confused now! Thought it was basically the same thing. Seller changed what is basically the auction description AFTER jamsec won the items. Thought that couldn't be done?

It can be done, I've added something after a bid has been placed, but that has been for other things and not because I was not going to sell.

The norm though is not to add anything after a bid has been placed.

To me it depends on a few factors and should be judged on a case by case assessment, It could simply be a seller/s not realising that bidding wars are far fewer here, it could also be that the seller simply thinks that eBid is a duplicate of the other site.

Personally I think I would simply leave honest feedback and that is all. You could try making the seller sell at the sale price, but that would cost you a heck of a lot of money in the courts. I don't believe there is a need to contact support if honest feedback is given. If the seller leaves you unfair feedback, then you should contact support and ask them to review. The fact seems to be that you have not done anything wrong, you simply found an inexperienced or bad seller. Sadly on the bad apples get mentioned most of the time, but my experience is 99% good with sellers.
