    Default FVF refund request auto selection

    Can you add an option to the AAL for FVF refund requests rather than having to email for each one.

    I would think that if you could make the option only appear after the buyer has been marked as an NPB and received 2 reminders / invoices

    Very sensible addition. If ebid are prepared to offer FVF refunds for failed sales, and one gathers they are, then they should make the procedure simple. On the other hand, the harder they make it the less likely people are to bother, so I can see it might be a hard sell. *grin*

    Shouldn't it be automatic that if a buyer doesn't pay the fees are refunded?

    On here, no (as things stand) you have to send off an email to support.

    I would have thought that due to the number of NPB's, this suggestion is definately one that we would all appreciate, should it be implemented.
    It would be so much easier for us sellers, and would greatly alleviate the workload of support, dealing with same old NPB reports.

    Personally I don't get that many NPB's I only get around 5 a month (from around 150-250 sales)

    I also think (and was part of the reason for this suggestion) that it would cut down some workload for admin too.
