Thank-you for the support everyone, and also to the kind and generous YDC'ers who have already listed such fantastic items to bid on.
I am truly grateful to you all xxx

If they can tweet or facebook telling people about the auctions in the run-up and while it's running, that would be great. Though I thought they were already talking to Trish so would know this... perhaps it's just different people at their end doing different things and they haven't all caught up yet! Probably best to wait and see what Trish suggests
True, I don't want dive too deep in something which isn't really much to do with me, I'm just gonna wait, thanks kimbo

Hi Scooby and Kim.
Just to clarify ...
I don't have a facebook or twitter account, so any tweets about YDC are most welcome. Do please go ahead and do your best!
Scooby, dive in as deep as you want - and Yes, it is to do with you!
Us eBidders are united!
Yes Kim, I have been in touch with the charity again today, but it was regarding a specific item that was going to be listed by one of our YDC'ers.
It seemed to be a great idea for publicity both for eBid and the charity concerned.
Apparently, as I understand, the idea has been scrapped due to circumstances beyond my control.
Maybe the YDC member involved would like to explain further, as I feel that revealing any details would be a breach of trust.

Great charity choice Trish!
