Me, me! Seriously, there's no way I could eat just one of those. It's like having a box of cookies, you have to eat the whoooooooole thing. It's amazing I'm not overweight, the way I like my sweets.

But I do have left over packets of chocolate chips, the butterscotch ones are my favourites

I'll take anything with sugar in it. I loooooove butterscotch chips, I used to love butterscotch syrup for ice cream, too, but haven't seen any in ages.

Tea's made, coffee's on - it's a beautiful sunny day here, washing on the line - another load nearly finished, cleaning nearly done....... the joys of waking up at silly o'clock!

Enjoy Al, last weekend was England's final Bank Holiday break until Christmas . . .

My washing's on the line too Nutty, but it's starting to cloud over so I'll be keeping an eye on it, while drinking tea

I'll have a cuppa too - just in from a bit of gardening. Cutting back some perrenials. Finished early due to all the rain we've had. Encountered some lovely beasties - bees going berserk in the lavatera, crane fly burying it's larva, caterpillar meandering amongst the grass blades.... scared a spider witless when I pruned a rose - that makes a nice change, they usually scare me!
Some of those nice cakes would have been nice but I see there are not left.... sigh.....

Everything here is confused. Some trees turning color and some losing leaves without changing color, dandelions popping up, new growth on vegetable plants and grass going to seed!!??

It's a totally mad summer Al that's for sure. I've got grass going to seed too - leaves falling & dandelions forever.
Just mad.

Almost as if we had fall then summer now spring. I wonder if we will have another fall or go straight to winter.

An Indian summer would be lovely, since we didn't get much of a 'normal' summer - and it's just started raining again, washing is now drying off inside!
