H everyone. i have just made a sale. my customer has come up as no longer active,
the bill has been settled. is it ok to send the parcel?. please help.

That happened to me recently. The person paid, and we had sent emails prior to a line going through their name. Since they paid, I went ahead and sent the package. It's been over a week....maybe two, and I haven't had any issues and don't expect any. Since you don't know what the issue is, you just need to decide. If you go ahead and mail what they have paid for, you are living up to your end of the contract. If they then cause some sort of problem, or want a refund, then you need to deal with it then. If you send the item signed for, then no one can claim it didn't arrive, and you are pretty well covered. If they don't like it, then they can return it for a refund, I expect. Good luck.

I would send it. If there is a problem then dealing with it is just the same as if they did not have a line through their name. If there is a problem the chances are that they would try to reclaim through Paypal/Google, so if you are concerned then maybe make sure that you could satisfy them by paying extra for signed for just in case. But I have also had this in the past, they paid so I sent the goods and that was that, no problems.

I agree with Dark. If you have the correct mailing address send the item with tracking. If your not sure about the address being correct, try to email the customer to verify it. The communication will let them know that your ready to send it and the tracking will prove the shipment was delivered.

Same thing happened with a recent sale. I just used her Paypal address and sent the item Signed for. The buyer contacted me to tell me that she had received the item even though I had the tracking. Seems to be an awful lot of buyers (and in my case, a newbie) being suspended!
