Hi there, I would like to list a multiple variation listing. same item but different colours. I can do this easily on "the bay" but I cant figure out how to do it here.
any help please??

there is no multiple variation here. List each colour as a seperate item and remember to put the colours in your title as duplicate listings get removed. Hope this helps

Hi Michelle

As Mael says, at the moment the multiple variation listing is not available - I am sure at some point this will be in development. However having separate listings detailing the colours will actually give you far better exposure (both on google and within eBid) than a single multiple variation listing would do - so you can make that work for you in a positive way.

According to the location map we must be eBid neighbours.

The first is that I hope people cannot see your address on the video - could the video be freeze framed and your address seen? I don't use youtube so I don't know but I am thinking of your safety. Secondly, and I don't know about Pandora but is it a copyright issue that you are showing the Pandora label on a jewellery box in a photo, even though you state in your listing that the Pandora guarantee isn't valid? Maybe another jewellery seller could help here as I don't want Michelle in trouble after she's just joined. Sorry for the non paragraphs - a small glitch I am trying to sort out. GOOD LUCK Michelle.

hi Gill. "the Bay" are just being stupid to be honest. they give me automated responses that have absolutely nothing to do with why they took off my listings. I gave up in the end because I got no sense out of them. Pandora however were great. I just have to make sure that they are mine to sell. if I customise the Pandora, then it is no longer their item and is not covered my their after sales service. I am taking that vid down now as I used it in my EZ barrel clasp opener auction just so my other customers would follow me here lol. naughty I know but still. I was exhausted and miffed at the time and I have £400.00 worth of stock to shift. they left me emotionally strained. so don't want to go there again.

Yep ebay do tend to give out automated responses that have no bearing on the subject.
When vero are involved, ebay take listings are taken down with no real explanation.

Have a look on the threads concerning how to promote ebid, there are some sellers who will give free advertising by adding your shop names to their web sites.
