Message in Facebook saying I had won a Psp3 in Ebid Monthly Draw

I am just after an opinion from other Ebid people. I did not know Ebid did a monthly prize draw and even if they do I have not entered it. I have sent a support ticket about this and believe it to be a hoax. The people supposedly at the back of this asked for my address well surely if it
is coming from Ebid they know my address already.

i believe you have to enter the drawing to have a chance to win.....so I'd guess it's a hoax, too......Let us know what support says......I know when you enter the drawing, you give them your mailing address right on your emailed entry, so it seems really suspicious.

you must have shared it as you are on the list of 'shares' on the picture. You were announced as the winner on the official facebook page as well. They may have just asked for your address as they would not know it was a member here that won it.
did they ask you to contact support@ebid.net?

That is their genuine page on Facebook so that competition would be genuine too.

They would need your address to send the prize.

I give away prizes too and everyone who enters the draw sends me their address.

They have their own Facebook page now with regular prize draws which I have entered.
