    Something I use for such things rather than a book is a 6x4 flip photo album. I then print/write the information on 6x4 cards (available from stationers) and slip these in where the photos would normally go. This allows to to add, remove, shuffle, modify the information as you need to.

    Thats a great idea mel, mine has crossed out things, scribble, new passy's and old ones all mixed up, mind you it must be 15 years or so work

    I use Roboform for the dozens and dozens of passwords I have. Only need to remember the master password,

    That's what I use too I also copy the master file to my lap top or netbook for when away from home.

    I keep most of my communications with myself written in a form of shorthand I developed for taking notes in classes & meetings over the years. It would probably take a few code breakers a bit of time to decipher them. Of course, I also lie an awful lot when devising answers to security questions. Sometimes having a scattered mind is a security asset.
