    Default Any seafood lovers here?

I really like it. I'm frying a kilo of tiger shrimp for lunch with spices and hot peppers.

I love it too, from fish to most shellfish - cockles are about the only things I don't like.

I once had a trout caught fresh from the loch in Scotland, it melted in the mouth .....

Thought I would add this little tid bit.
A number of years ago my son lived and work in Cape Hatteras, N.C.
Being a mate on a 6 pak ( sport fishing charters for 6 ) he met some very nice folk, among them one day was a group of business men from Japan.
They were fishing for yellow fin tuna that day, when their quota was secured and on the trip back these fellows opened a satchel that contained a fine cutlery set.
Removed a tuna from the ice box and set upon carving and devouring that fish, now that's what I call sushi.
I've had raw tuna, with home made sauce, it's delicious in itself..
