The closed listing in question does not show a restocking fee 129103637 nor does your All About Page.

And the returns policy in that auction ends mid-sentence: "All shipping and handling fees are non ". Maybe ebid limit the length, or maybe that was an oversight, but either way it doesn't look good.

Tongue in cheek, I'd point out that I'd be rather wary of dealing with a Ferengi, since they're well known to be primarily focussed on acquisition of gold pressed latinum rather than good customer service!

Maybe it's not too late for some name changes and relaunch your business?

Maybe I'm losing the plot here, but what has that listing and answering questions on it got to do with the OP here?

The question that came to mind when reading the original post was how can the buyer owe a restocking fee if he didn't receive or return anything? It sounds like the transaction was halted before that happened.

I'm not sure if ebid will refund your fv fees or not but you might give that a try.

I also hope this wasn't a first time buyer that will be disappointed in ebid and blame everyone for their bad experience.

I see the feedback has been removed, hopefully it was done by the buyer & not eBid.

Feedback has not been removed, merely changed from neg to pos.
