Thread: Buddy Points for meeting Auction Reserve

  1. #1

Question Buddy Points for meeting Auction Reserve

Has anybody noticed whether they get Buddy points for making a bid that meets the reserve?
It seems to be a criteria for obtaining buddy points, but I made a bid on some dvd's last week, making the reserve, but no points were credited.
Hopefully someone can advise before I try helpdesk.
    Many Thanks.

I've just looked at my statement & there are some for reserve met auctions, maybe they take a while to show up? i hope you get yours. Good luck.

Hi you collect them and then you can buy auctions that ebid themselves supply with them.

regarding earning buddy points emailing friends etc. with the link,
are points awarded only if they sign up straight away, or do you still earn if they sign up some time later?

also is the affiliate program only available to those with websites?

I would imagine you'd still get the points however long it takes for sign-ups as the info would be linked.
You can use the affiliate banner outside of websites, ie, in your emails etc but you need a paypal account to be paid & they only pay once you've reached a certain amount, it's so long since i looked, i can't remember all of the details.
