Has anyone encountered the Tracking Cookie "tradedoubler" on their computers. Mine had 24 hits before I spotted it.

It's pretty common, and seems to be fairly harmless according to most "spy hunters". Tradedoubler is used by a very high percentage of Websites. A2 squared [free] http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/ removes this and other spyware easily, along with Trojans, Worms and Diallers.
I am a PARANOID cookie cleaner ... lol
Seriously though, i clean out my cookies / temp files / user data / prefetch about 5- 10 times a day , more if im feeling particularly vulnerable LMAO ..... O.C.D anyone ?

Laughing is good exercise, it's like jogging on the inside.
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional.
We use Hobnobs instead of cookies
I had Ad-Aware and later Spybot. I tried A2 when it was in the Beta format, and have stayed with it ever since. It has 497,745 malware signatures including trojans, Worms, and Diallers. I found it removes stuff Spybot and Ad-Aware left behind. It has won practically every major IT award recently. I used to recommend Spybot. Now I recommend A2.
Thanks for that..........I hate spyware as much as the poxy adverts on sky
It would seem "our" Beryl knows her onions.Well done, evening by the way...
