I have just done most of a really boring 1500 essay and not saved any of it.........


had a few word documents open (ones i HAD saved) and i have just closed the wrong one and clicked no to saving the changes my "go back" software does not allow me to go back and hour or so it only works in days!


have i lost my work forever or can i get it back?


any help appreciated
