upgrade problem

you give us the offer if we upgrade the gold lifetime this week then we get the platinum fer free. as i understand. i request to upgrade on 16 dec. but untill now iam waiting idon't know what's wrong there. Please answer.

Go to your 'my ebid login' then subscriptions, look at the upgrade for platinum, it should say 0.00 to upgrade, if it does, you can go ahead & do it.Originally Posted by saimanadeem

but it says platinum lifetime 130.09.
it's too much for me coz ididn't sell any thing on ebid.iam trying from last month but no..............................sale.

The free option is for people that have the lifetime gold, if you went for a shorter subscription then you just get a discount.
If you have lifetime gold then email support@ebid.tv & they'll sort it out for you. Good luck.

The upgrade offer is based on subscription you have paid already, maybe the cheapest way to upgrade to Platinum is to take a years gold subscription, that takes about 12 hours to update on your subscriptions cp then upgrade to Platinum, this should still be in time for the discount offer so it would be free for the next few days by doing it this way.
