Thread: Close Ebid Stores Without Listings!!

  1. #1

Question Close Ebid Stores Without Listings!!

OK I know this has been said before but it’s of putting to buyers that come to Ebid and see shops with no listing in!! In the past month my shop has started to pick up which is great! But when I look at the watch shops and it says there are 49, I can only see 13 of us selling stuff,

    Jewellery & Watches > Watches
Home > eBid Stores > Jewellery & Watches : Watches
    49 Stores Currently Active

36 shops without one thing in them! There has to be a way of not showing these shops or if you don't list for say 4 weeks the shop is closed?? that’s a long holiday lol 4 weeks should be more then long enough to sort out if you want a shop or not! So guys and ladies what do you think?

I'd prefer it if all stores with nothing listed were automatically put offline at the next site update, which I think happens every 24 hours.
After all if it's put offline, all the data is still in the seller's My eBid ready for them to use when they want to start listing again.
It's just lazyness not putting the store offline, I'm sure if they had to pay a monthly fee for the store they'd remember

Agree. Very frustrating for buyers to see empty shops. And I think that a few sellers use the empty shops to link to their websites, not seriously intending to list anything here.
