I think you have to go to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS section of your Ebid account and upgrade to Platinum from there.

Forgot to ask - are you currently a bronze or silver member? You first have to be a silver member before you can sell.

I have gone from Bronze to Platinum and bipassed silver
