I am not really a cynic but some of the 'alternative thrapies' seem a little bit confusing

Aromatherapy - help with smell

Cranio Sacral Therapy- Sticking a bag on your head?
colour Puncture- Stabbing you with crayons?
Hopi ear Candling- Sticking a candle in your ear?
Indian Head Massage- An indian rubbing your head?
Light therapy- Shining a torch in your eyes?
Spagyric Essences- Letting you smell cooking bolognese?
