Well I think you lot have put me of a caravan! Now what options have I?
Airplane cost £150 return
Motorhome from edinburgh about £670 per week.
Or drive up in my car taking three overnight b and b's and rent a motorhiome in perth cost About £470 a week to rent Or what
Now I cant make my mind up but one thing is for sure I do fance flying up as it saves so much time.

Have you thought about a coach tour? They are often very good value for money and you usually get a decent hotel too. Have a look at -

I think most coach companies take children over the age of 2 - worth asking maybe?

I'm not sure a four year old on a coach tour is a good idea, they will probably get very bored.

Well thanks for ALL Help and suggestions I've decided we are going to Fly up from Gatwick to Edinburgh and rent a Motorhome from Edinburgh (Flight £160 return for the three of us) Motorhome for to weeks £1000. I have been wanting to return to Scotland for 15 years and so Nows the time to go! Also going in Oct gives me a better chance of seeing an Ambition of the Northern Lights! Wish me luck! Campsite fees range fom £15-20 a night (Why! am I going to scotland when I can fly to Europe for much cheaper stay!!!!!)
