Not sure if i put this in the right place..
I'm due to move in a week need some advice on my av.
When i change address how long will it take for my bank & credit details to be updated?
should i leave my present details on ebid untill this has gone through or do i need to change them now!

I think I would update my address sooner rather than later else if someone sends a payment by snail mail or sends a parcel to your registered address it is going to be delayed.

I honestly don't know. I haven't moved house for over 20 years and I'd probably be asking a similar question myself if I were moving.

I think I'd start by telling my bank now and ask them what the process is.

Are you keeping all you auctions live whilst you move? I'd probably end everything and start them up again when I was a bit more settled.

I'll tell you what IS likely to make me hit ignore. People who do the equivalent of stamping their feet in complaint because it's been a whole half hour and nobody has replied.

I don't know the answer because I haven't moved for over 20 years either, but suggest you ask your bank & card providers, I'd also email support here, & ask them.
Personally I'd end my listings because I wouldn't have time to provide a proper service for buyers until I was all set up in the new place.
If you want to leave them running put a Notice on your auctions warning buyers that you might not be able to be contacted for a few days.

You need to fill a form in at the bank to change your address details, normally done within hrs, but your own bank will advise you.
