I Hope you find an alternative to what you have said, I have tried explaining that ebid is more security aware than feebay, but you still seem as if you want to get around the system.
Yes I understand why you may not have a landline phone number, but I think it is a bad idea that you are intending to use a number that is not yours to give to ebid.

I don't know what to suggest, have you a tenancy agreement?
Mobile phone contract bill?
Driving licence or passport with your current address on it
Bank statements?

If they are not willing to consider your circumstances then I do not know what to say.

How will giving a 'friends' land line number help verify who YOU are?
I appreciate you are in a difficult situation, however the security is in place for a reason- all auction sites attract scammers and ebid id doing it's best to stop them getting on here. You are wanting to sell items that are very popular with scammers ( mobile phones) so It may be that you cannot provide enough security to sell here.

i really dont understand why i cant. just because that i dont have a landline? its really unfair to me.
what a business opportunity eBid is to me... Sometimes i just feels so sad not able to do business like you guys...

I am just interested because if anyone else has this 'problem' then we know what to suggest to them
