Free T shirt? Where is it??Ebid moderator?

Hi I have paid for my upgrade to a + account some time ago.

Whilst it is a small gesture I still have not received my 'free T shirt' from Ebid.

When will I be receiving it please? Also this is very good advertising for the site but poor customer relations if you do not receive what the homepage states!!

Sorry to go on but it is the principle.


Have I missed something do you actually have to claim it or fill out a form?

Has everyone else received theirs?

If Ebid are claiming a giveaway they should keep to their word.

Quit a few have asked this before and I am sure many will ask in the future. I was one who asked in the past.

eBid will send you your free t shirt but firstly you need to email them, support@ebid.net or via the help section at the top, then contact us, then send it to the advertising team.

The reason they are not sent out automatically is simply because they do not know what size you want, theres no point sending you a XL if you are a small for example.

When I emailed them for mine, I received an email saying that it would be posted vary soon, I received it 3 days later.

The support staff are good here and reply quite fast normally within 2 hours.
