Hi All,
Does anyone know of a good banner creating program, I am trying to create a new web site logo using the image in my avator and my company name. in brushed silver or chrome finish. Any ideas on how or where I can get this done would be gratefully accepted

I just use Inkscape and / or GIMP.

Thanks all,
Cooltext is good and quick for wording but I cannot get the image onto the banner so that it is rendered in the same way.
I will play about with inkscape for a while and see if I can do it in this program

Hi if you go to my store you should be able to view I am quite new and not that good on the technical side of things I am doing it by trial and obviously a lot of errors hope you can see it I love it.
