My kids were devastated bout the peer. We always have a day at Weston - our "Midlands by the Sea" every holiday or even if we get a free weekend. We are going next week. Will still go for walk on the beach and some fish & chips though.

Such a shame I used to take my boys there when they were little too. I feel so sorry for the people that had a business there I hope they were well insured.

Trouble with these old piers they are almost NEVER rebuilt but I reckon if this one is ever done then KEN should paint it!
