    I usually clean mine once a month and replace it once a year.

    I'm lucky if ours lasts 3 months. With 6 of us pounding away on it and numerous cups of tea spilt on it. It's normally given up long before any bugs can take hold!

    I use a laptop, so it's not going to possible to just chuck the keyboard when it's naffed... so I clean it every few weeks - just have to remember to turn the bally thing off first or it gets a bit manic!

    My keyboard is black so cant really see any dirt, its about 6 months old & probally got biscuit crumbs from when the kids use it. I do shake it up & down now n then and see a huge pile of biccis

    Yikes - Just went to grab the bleach and my keyboard packed it's bag and ran off !!!
