How do I get my Final Value Fees back?

I had a non payer. I have done the 3 payment reminders, and the buyers name has a strike through it even before I did that.

The transaction is definately finished in my eyes, but how do I get my final value fees back and end the transaction properly? I have looked and cannot find where to do this?

Can anyone help?

Deffo think it's about time an onsite report button or form was provided - this "how do I get fees back" issue seems to surface time after time with irritating frequency.

Even if the button / form warns that such claims will be manually reviewed and may not be applied immediately, it would be a major step forward towards providing evidence of fulfilling the multiple needs of sellers that have been outstanding for a long time.
