    Default overseas buyer paid but not responding

    hi i sold 2 items to an overseas buyer, she did not pay any shipping and she is not respondingto my emails at all yet i know they are still on ebid cos they have recent feedback as a seller. Why are they not emailing me if i was them i would be wondering where my items were as it has been a while since she paid..........what is my next step?

    Refund the paypal payment (or however she paid). That should make her realise sumit is up.

    My advice is refund the incomplete payment and send an invoice for the full amount. Use the ALL ask a question feature to speak to the buyer as well as email, that way there is a record on the AAL of what is happening.

    I have a buyer in the UK who paid for 8 items minus the shipping, I refunded and sent a request for the proper amount. She had been emailing but have heard nothing since the request was sent. She has very good feedback, over 100+ so don't think she is trying not to pay. I'm just thinking the communication is broken down due to language differences. I have just sent another reminder by AAL and copied it to email also. Any suggestions on what to do next. I don't want to give negative or report as NPB until I am absolutely sure.

    I had this situation a while back. person in Spain sent me payment without the postage. I emailed and asked for the postage to be paid...and the buyer sent me the item cost again plus the postage.

    I refunded her the duplicate item cost and explained why, and mailed her item.

    She negged me for refunding her money....

    I asked her if she wanted to pay twice...

    in the end we got it sorted...definitely a language problem...lol

    It does make life interesting...

    I know the problem is something like this and will have to get management involved if we can't get it sorted out as I know it is just a mistake. There were several emails before the payment but nothing for a week now.
