I read the above link, are you happy with it now that you have been signed up for awhile?

Can you have a micro and regular account or do you have to choose one?

I am perfectly happy with it, and I have one of each since I have two bank accounts and a plethora of email addresses.

    Thats a macro amount

    20p transaction fee
the a 3.4% is charged on the amount which is 13.56p rounded up to 14p

    20p+14p=34p

A micro account would have been
    5p transaction fee
    5% of £3.99 = 20p

    20p+5p=25p which is a saving of 9p (26.5% saving)

Its all OK, I must have been having a senior moment. I am registered for micropayment, but forgot to add the 5p. They're calculations are correct after all.

Does anyone know how to convert your account back to standard payment fees from Micropayment?

Sorry, I've never heard of anybody doing that. Not sure it's possible.
